I have a lot of experience when it comes to caring for pets. I have adopted many rescued animals throughout my life, which has impacted me in such a positive way. I am currently a university student that is studying art and architecture. In my free time I prefer to spend time with my dog, go hiking, or improve my artistic abilities. I walk, sit, and groom pets. I help with gentle but effective trying for pets of all ages. If there are any specific preferences or instructions, I take them very seriously. I prefer to work part-time. I can work any day of the week from 6pm to 10pm ( or depending on your schedule. I am very flexible with my schedule, as long as I don’t have classes during a specific time. I have cared for and trained pets all through my life so I understand very well how pets display certain emotions. I work with pets - not against them, and I make sure that the feel loved and appreciated. I always make sure that the environment that I work in is safe and secure for pets. Health and safety is my top priority when caring for pets.

I have many years of experience house and pet sitting for different people back in my hometown. This is something I enjoy doing a lot and can easily fit it into my work/school schedule. I can be available to either stay at your house while you're gone to take care of things (and/or pets) or I can just come and go as you need!

Factors that impact pet sitting cost

Planning a trip as a pet owner? Hiring a pet sitter is an excellent solution for care for your furry friend. Before you hire a pet sitter, it's important to understand the factors that affect the cost of their services:

  • Time and Duration - Pet sitters usually charge either a daily or hourly rate. The length of time you require care for will affect your final costs. Many pet sitters will also offer package deals and discounts for longer bookings.
  • Your pet’s needs - Consider the frequency of your dog's walks, or your cat's feeding schedule. Different services will have different prices. Some pet sitters also offer extra services like administering medication, grooming, or even behavioral training, which may increase the cost.
  • Location - The cost of pet care will range across the country city-by-city depending on the cost of living in your city area.
  • Years of Experience - The level of experience of the pet sitter will also have a factor on pricing. More experienced sitters, with professional backgrounds in behavioural or medical training may charge a higher rate, than a less specialized sitter.
