I recently hired her to watch my dogs and my sister’s for 7 days last month. The dogs, even the standoffish ones loved her. We always board our dogs when we're away from home, but now with a puppy we didn't want to cause any undue stress. The other alternative was to have someone come to our home. We were very apprehensive, but decided to give it a try. We contacted Merle, who came over twice before our trip to meet our fur boys, familiarize herself with their daily routines, and reassure us that all will be well. Both of our young, very exuberant dogs warmed up to her immediately. When we returned home from our trip, both boys were happy to have us home, the house was just as we left it, and Merle even retrieved a package for safe keeping. It was confirmed that all went well when our puppy cuddled up to her before she left. She is reliable and friendly, likable woman with very affordable rates. I found Merle to be very warm and friendly. My dogs are very important to me and when they met Merle for the first time I could see that they were immediately comfortable with her.
