Pet Sitter in Palm Desert, California

Vast hands on experience in volunteer work in both no shelters and various animal rescue organizations. Hosted fundraisers the last of which was " Santa Paws" in which I'm proud to say raised over $2,000.00 for a local No Shelter named " Save A Pet" in the Coachella Valley where I adopted a 9 year old Great Dane by the name of "Sir Cssharles" or Charlie to his friends" . I have volunteered for the Saint Bernard Rescue of Dallas Texas , The Mastiff Club of America both Texas and Southern California. I have adopted and or fostered 22 dogs through out my life . The emphasis of which has been on the Largest & Oldest dogs in the shelters that are the most likely to be euthanized due to their her size, age and or behavioral inadequaceies .( which is a diplomatic way of saying " untrained owners". ! With that said my partner and I recently adopted a 7 year old Yorkie Pooh " whom is just as spirited as any dog I have ever known . I am a full time resident of PGA West in La Quinta California and though I would prefer to stay in my local area I will not be limited by Geography for the owner who is sincerely in need of assistance due to circumstances out of there control such as family , work etc... As we have all been there at one time or another.!!! Like yourself I truly understand that our Stewardship of these amazing beings can be just as important to us as that of the great responsibility of raising our children !! (The one exception of course being that none of my furry babies have ever asked to borrow the car keys) ?.
