I love being around animals, because I have lived on 60 acres of land where we have a wide variety of animals. I feel working with animals very therapeutic. I have experience with cows, horses, lambs, goats, chickens,other birds, llamas, alpacas, pigs, mules,donkeys, and of course cars and dogs. We have dogs and to my daughter and I they are family members or as we refer to them as our fur babies. In the past I have had fish, 2 snacks, and a iguana, however not everyone is comfortable with reptiles so out of respect for my immediate family members I no longer have reptiles. I don't fear animals but respect their boundaries and give them time to trust and feel comfortable with me in there space. I find pet settings rewarding and understand how important finding the right person to care for your pets.
