Hello! I grew up in a family owned dog boarding, grooming, and training facility. This instilled a love for all animals and a heightened level of responsibility from a young age. My primary background is working line German Shepherds but I have been around nearly every breed of dog plus cats, reptiles, birds, fish, horses, and various farm animals. I have worked in dog rescue for the last 6 years which has given me the opportunity to learn how to adapt to the individual dog I am working with and provide individualized care. I have been working as a pet sitter through word of mouth referrals for the last 6 years and have greatly enjoyed my experience doing so. I have recently decided to take a year to travel America along with my 2 dogs and a cat. We enjoy seeing all the stunning nature and meeting new friends along the way. I update my petsitter profile according to where I am located at the time being. Currently, we are in the Sedona, Arizona area and intend to be here through late April. I have experience with medical and behavioral needs. I am also experienced in holistic modalities - specifically essential oils, nutrition, and energy work - and do classes and consultations for owners, rescues, and kennels. While I do not hold any certificate as a trainer (as there is no legal guideline for these programs) I was raised in a dog training facility and am well versed in this area.
