I grew up in a house full of paws, big and small! For 30 years I helped my family take care of dogs (and cats!) that were rescued from homelessness or unfit environments. I've cared for a variety of breeds from Rottweilers and Weimaraners to Labs, Pugs and Daschunds. This gave me a lot of experience: --Working with untrained dogs - our rescues were rarely trained - and have some experience training (leash training, in particular). --Caring for animals with special needs, like: seniors, diabetics, physical conditions (hearing/vision impaired), sensitivities due to abandonment or abuse, post-surgery recovery etc If you have rules for your pet, I'll make sure to enforce them consistently. I work from home as a consultant and have a lot of love and attention to give during the day. I live near a park and take frequent walks and runs (I can do dog runs, as well) and miss having animals in my life. I would love to spend the day helping care for your pet!
