My name is Delcie Frazier and I have over a decade of experience with animals. Since the young age of 3 my passion has been for all animals well-being. I've rescued more cats than I can count. I happen to have 2 hairless (sphinx) cats as well as 2 other beautiful hairy cats. I also have an exotic Umbrella Cockatoo who I've had my whole life making us the same age! I am great with all animals and have trained mine to the T. I have not encountered an animal that has chose a disliking towards me. Pet owners have called me the "animal whisperer."
