Hello there! My name is Alyssa and I am a professional dog trainer. I currently work at a dog training facility. At this facility I train and rehabilitate dogs. I have trained dogs with all different temperaments and behavior issues (fear aggression, dog aggression, agression towards humans, separation anxiety). That being said, no dog is too much for me! Other than my work life, I love to hangout with my pup and go for hikes. I also run my own foster program; I take in dogs with behavior issues that owners could no longer handle. I do a board and train until their issues are fixed or can be managed, then I find them a forever home. I am also currently enrolled in the criminal justice program at my college and hope that one day I can work for a federal agency or with the police K-9 unit. I do offer more services other than pet sitting. I offer basic obedience, advantaged off leash obedience, behavior modification (helping dogs with a variety of issues). Issues can range from leash reacativity (lunging/biting at the end of the leash), jumping on people, dog aggression, people aggression, non stop barking at people who are invited into the home, leash pulling, and rehabilitation for dogs that are fearful.
