I’ve been told I’m the “dream house/petsitter” by home/pet owners around the world and here’s why... I have done house/petsitting in five different countries on three continents so far and I have glowing references from all of them! Single pets and pet families have thrived under my care, allowing their owners to have carefree vacations, honeymoons, adventures in foreign countries, and time with friends and family for as little as a weekend and as long as several months. I have loved, played with, and tended to the physical, emotional and medical needs of cats, dogs, rabbits, chickens, fish, birds, goats and rats in all sorts of different combinations. (Yes - I am an experienced rattsitter!) When we communicate, remind me to tell you about the cats who brought a 24-inch “surprise" into my bedroom, the chickens that started laying “golden eggs,” and, of course, the pet rats who liked to snuggle. As the previous owner of a high-end rental home in Southern California, I know how important it is to take meticulous care of a nice home, and I know how to do it! Your pets will be loved, your plants will be watered, your gardens will be gardened, and you may be surprised to find your home cleaner than it was when you left it! (I have before and after photos that back up this claim.) I am a mature (sixty-something), writer and Website Developer (semi well-known influencer in the US in my niches), non-smoking, non-partying, pet-loving, resourceful single woman. Specific references about my quiet boringness are available upon request. Living a positive life is important to me, so I will fill your living space with cheerful and upbeat energy! Because the work that I do is computer-based and remote, it doesn’t require me to report to an office, I am completely mobile and this has afforded me the opportunity to chose places that my spirit is drawn to for housesitting adventures. How lucky am I?!? It is an ideal lifestyle for me and I am grateful every day for it. I absolutely love being able to go places where I can work a little and explore a little, while caring for your pets and living space a lot. My repeat home/petsitting clients invite me back repeatedly because I give pets and homes the high level of attention and respect they deserve.
