I have 6 years of experience with caring for different animals. I started out fostering for a local rescue for 5 years and have worked with almost every situation possible. Every dog brought in had special need of some kind, from just being worn down from puppy mills, to having heart worms and pregnant. I volunteered at the humane society three summers in a row and worked with both kids and the animals in the facility. I've shadowed veterinarians and learned from them, as well as I am taking a college course in Animal Behavior and Welfare. I currently own two adorable Pomeranians, one of which is 17 years old and is blind, deaf, and has no teethe. I also own a couple kittens, a rabbit, and two turtles.
