Pet Sitter in Shelton, Connecticut

I have been a paid dog walker privately for about two years. I have cared for dogs while their humans are on vacation as well as been an occasional dog-walker when an extra walk is needed throughout the day. I have also served as a house/pet sitter for a household with multiple cats on many occasions. I have fed animals, given medications, emptied litter boxes, and provided companionship. I worked as a Kennel Worker in a veterinary office in my home town so I have experience caring for sick animals as well. In addition to my professional experience, I have had many different kinds of pets throughout my life. I grew up in a house with multiple dogs, multiple cats and a variety of other small animals. I have experience with special needs animals as I have a special needs cat of my own. I have worked with large breed dogs as well as small breeds. I have an American Black Lab, a Siberian Husky and a Lab/Pit mix of my own so I am very familiar with high-energy breeds. I love pets of all kinds and have assisted neighbors many times with caring for their beloved pets while they are away. I love animals just as I would love a family member and believe every pet deserves the same love and attention.
