Pet Sitter in Van Nuys, California

My name is Tanya, I am 21 years old and very interested in pet sitting. I'm an animal lover at heart and caretaker enthusiast that has experience with a variety of dogs both owned and pet sat for. I've owned several cats and dogs of various sizes throughout my life. I am an avid animal lover with years of personal and volunteer oriented experience with caring and walking dogs of all ages and breeds (specifically with chihuahuas, Shih Tzus, and German Shephards). Currently, my baby Lucero is the cat of my life. At a shy 2 years old with 1.5 yrs with me, we're really bonded and dependent on each other. I prioritize affection and exercise in her life as well as my family's chihuahua mix Scotty who is Lucero's best friend. They both like to chase each other and try to outsmart each other. Otherwise, I'm a reliable go to pet and house sitter as well as dog walker. I do well with dogs of varying energy levels and personally have a soft spot for the highly energetic ones that like to play. I can do short walks of 30 minutes or more extensive walks or exercises for a bit longer. I've handled blind dogs, anxious or scared anxious dogs, eager puppies, as well as more angry and protective oriented dogs that have trouble socializing and walking. I'm available for most weekdays anytime in the early early morning, noon, mid afternoon, prefer evenings, weekends anytime, and available to work the following major holidays (Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, Easter, Fourth of July). I live in Sunnyvale, CA but willing to commute within reason. I really do this job more out of my love for dogs and passion to care for them than anything else.
