I'm seeking to pay my way through college in a way that brings me joy! I ran sled dogs from early adolescence through the end of high school and have 10 years of experience working with shy dogs, strong dogs, clever dogs, you name it, I have seen the dog. I possess a great understanding of how dogs think/behave, and am perfectly capable of working through any problems your dog may have! I have also fostered and rehabilitated two pit bull mixes from severely abusive homes and understand the long and slow process of gaining an animals trust. I can administer basic medicines, dress wounds, stretch, massage, and offer advice on training in addition to typical care. I also own a cat and have cared for other peoples cats long term, though they tend to be pretty low maintenance! I spent half a year managing a lesson stable with 35 horses, 12 goats, 15 chickens, 2 alpacas, a lamb and a pig. So large/exotic animals do not phase me and I am well versed in unusual animal care.
