Pet Sitter in Bethel, Connecticut

DOGS: I will walk, feed, bring to a dog park, or play with them outside!! During the bright sunny days it is hard to play with pets when you are working, so here I am to help! Just to start off, I have a dog of my own, and she's a boxer hound mix! Her name is Reba and I called her Reebz. I have housesat numerous times for all different people. I used to volunteer at an animal shelter (Tails of Courage, Danbury, CT.) with dogs and cats. I volunteered there for about 3 years until school got in the way. I walked all of the dogs, fed them, played with them and bathed them. I prefer not to wash dogs, but if it is needed I will. That animal shelter is actually where my family and I adopted my dog! CATS: At the animal shelter I cleaned cages, played with them and kept them busy (especially anxious cats) and of course fed them and gave them water and treats. I have taken care of cats for my neighbors specifically for about 2 years. I set the food up for them , clean the litter box, tidy up any mess they might have made and I always give fresh water. I also love to give them treats if they let me. Overall, I have experience with both cats and dogs. I know how to take care of them and I know how to implement good behavior with treats! I am not a certified trainer but I have shadowed trainers in the past briefly :)
