Pet Sitter in Birmingham, Alabama

I am a graduate student in the Birmingham area. I am wonderful with all pets, and have experience with dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, and birds. Dogs: I am a lover of all breeds, including Pitts and Rotties. I currently have a German Shepherd and a Lab/Terrier mix. I am incredibly active and have no issue taking your pup for a walk. Depending on the animals, I can even walk two at once! I can go up to five miles per excursion, so your dog will get plenty of cardio! I'm also a huge fan of fetch and playing with them, so they will get plenty of love and attention. I will need proof of vaccination for rabies and anything else relevant to your animal. I am comfortable administering any medication your pet may need Cats: I adore cats. I have one myself. I can change food, water, scoop cat boxes, etc. If your cat has special needs I can easily work with you for that! I need to know if your cat is FIV or FeLV , as I have three cats at home and would like to take proper precautions when taking care of your animals and mine. I will love your cats just as much if they are, I just want to make sure my babies are as well protected as yours. Fish: I can do a water test if you show me the way you do yours, and I can administer food. I am uncomfortable with doing large water changes due to risk to the fish and not being familiar with your fish's habits. Birds and reptiles: I am fine feeding them and making sure they are well tended. I will not take either out of their enclosures to minimize risks to them by handling. I am fine visiting multiple times a day I am fine with households containing multiple animals and different types of animals. I need to meet your animals, especially dogs, before you go out of town!! This can be at a park or your house, whatever you are comfortable with. I hope you are willing to let me watch your fur-babies for you!
