Pet Sitter in Mocksville, North Carolina

Hi! My name is Ashlyn O'Brien and I live in Mocksville, NC with my husband and our two dogs. I love animals and have a lot of experience owning and caring for dogs and cats, as well as horses, chickens, goats, fish, and rabbits. I have owned animals of all sizes, ages, and temperaments from the 100 pound Great Pyrenees to the 7 pound Maltese. I currently own a small yellow lab who is full of energy and has moderate allergies to grass, and an old basset hound with separation anxiety. Based on just my experience owning animals, I am experienced in giving oral medications, trimming nails, walking on and off a leash using a wide variety of collars and harnesses, and handling dogs and cats with bigger personalities. I have also been pet sitting for years. I enjoy helping your animals feel happy and comfortable at home while their owners are away, be it at work or on vacation. I have sat for single pet families to homes with several dogs and cats at once. I work part time and go to school for my degree in History and eventually my masters in Library Science. My part time schedule allows me flexibility when caring for your animals. I am available most mornings through mid afternoon, and several evenings. I am always available via text and email, and I return calls as soon as I am able. I have my own transportation with space to travel with a pet or two. I am more than happy to take your pet to the dog park, to the park for a walk, or to the vet. When I care for your pet, I treat them with all the love and nurturing I would give my own. After all, they are your babies and I know that I would want my babies to get the love and attention they deserve so my absence isn't felt as hard.
