My name is Colleen. I have been caring for the forgotten ones as a foster parent for over 20 years. I am a certified veterinary assistant from Bellingham Technical College. Over the past 12 years I have worked at a high volume veterinary clinic full time and now have chosen to give more time to my volunteer rescue work with part-time work in the field I enjoy. Our animal family consists of 5 dogs and 4 cats. My husband and myself enjoy caring for our brood and our 5 acres of gardens and grass with a totally fenced yard. I have a totally separate kennel building to accommodate foster animals and visiting animals needing care, socializing time and lots of fun.
