Pet Sitter in Queensbury, New York

I am pretty new to PetSitter....., but I am far from new to the dog community! I have been a dog lover since I can remember and currently own two; one very large 195 lb English Mastiff and a recently rescued 45 lb shepherd mix, both of whom get along well with others. We also have a 14 year old cat and a parrot. There hasn't been a period in my life that I haven't had a furry companion. I am very comfortable around all breeds (most species too) and would love to meet yours to see if I am a good fit. My current job is only part-time, so I have plenty of time available to provide care for your animals. I am mostly looking for care that does not require overnight in-home care. Provided they get along well with my animals, though, I can potentially board at my own home. We have a fully fenced-in 0.25 acre yard, separately fenced pool and plenty of sticks to keep them occupied! I offer no guarantees, as I am not a professional trainer by any means, but I have had some luck with teaching simple commands to all of my dogs; sit, stay, lay down, wait, leave it, spin, shake, etc. I've also taught a Great Dane to walk without a leash. Lastly, I am also respectful of dietary needs and restrictions. My own dogs have grain and chicken allergies/sensitivities. I never feed animals people food unless explicitly given permission because I know the horrors that can ensue! I have also boarded on a few occasions for varying reasons and can provide references.
