Hi my name is Kim. I was fortunate enough to grow up with dogs, cats and every animal imaginable. I have also had a strong love and appreciation for all animals. I know in my heart that every animal deserves a home where he or she is loved unconditionally. After college where I received my BA in Nursing I moved to Colorado and eventually found myself working for a veterinarian. It was then I knew that I had chosen the wrong profession in college. I was fortunate to learn as much as possible from this Vet who took me under his wing. When I returned home to Long Island to live I started pet sitting and really enjoyed it. I will take care of pets at my home or yours depending on where your pet is most comfortable. I give a 100% of my love, companionship, safety, and lot's of play and exercise. If I were sitting for dogs i will do three long walks a day with play between walks, if owner permits I will take your dog to some of he local parks that have trails and are pet friendly. All dogs and cats I sit for sleep on the bed with me unless they prefer the floor. I follow what the owner wants me to do when it comes to nutrition. I am also able to give shots whether it be insulin, Adequan or something else. I am certified in pet CPR and First Aid. Pets are my life so when any pet is left in my care you can feel a peace of mind that your precious baby is getting a vacation as well!! I hope to meet many more pets in my future.
