Hi, I’m Kenzie! I’m a resident of New Haven just trying to get through the pandemic in one piece! I love dogs and all animals and have helped neighbors and friends take care of them for my whole life! I’m always going on really long walks and runs and I’d love to have a dog (or two!) by my side. Before the pandemic I worked as a barista, but now I am only working an online part-time gig on a very flexible schedule. Therefore, I’m pretty much free whenever! Let me know when works for you! Experience Summary: I have walked, fed and trained dogs my whole life! I have also looked after plenty of cats, guinea pigs, fish, you name it! I volunteered at the Branford Animal Shelter for a couple summers in high school; there I mostly cleaned up after dogs and cats and helped exercise them. More recently, I take care of my neighbor’s cats whenever she’s away and am boarding my friend’s dog while she’s stuck abroad because of the pandemic! Gertrude is the sweetest dog I’ve ever met and if you’d like would gladly help to socialize any shy pets! My parents’ dog is 15, with diabetes and various other chronic conditions and I’ve taken care of him while they’re away, giving him shots, eye drops, other medications, and plenty of love!
