Pet Sitter in Arden, North Carolina

I am shy and reserved, but I love animals and pets with all my heart both old and young. I am patient and caring, and love to play with the pets and meet whatever needs they may have. Admittedly I am guilty of saying hi to dogs and not their owners as I walk down the street, haha. I don’t care if they smell, shed, drool, jump on me, or if they are a stigmatized breed (personally pit bulls are my favorite dog, they are such sweet characters) or “ill tempered” or anything. I just love them. I’ve had golden retrievers and a couple other kinds of big dogs all throughout my life, as well as cats. I’ve also helped birth two litters of golden retrievers. I currently just live with my partner and my cat Smelly, who is spoiled rotten by us both. I am naturally very good with animals, including grouchy or “difficult” pets. I do not lash out or become angry even when they do; I am very good at communicating with them and know it takes a special kind of patience. I even know how properly correct a dog with positive reinforcement (treats, pets, good words etc), repetition, and when needed, a stern “No” and being demonstrative of the correct course of action for the pet. All dogs are Good Boys.
