I have always been surrounded by pets ever since I was born, so you could say I have 20 years of experience! But truly, I have 8 years of real, responsible, experience with mainly dogs and cats. The rule in my house was if you wanted an animal, you could get one(trust me, us kids loved that) but you were to make it your 100% responsibility to give that animal everything it needed and plus some, and I never failed. I would mow neighbors yards, clean houses, babysit, dog walk, watch other types of animals (the list really goes on), just so I could get those extra toys and treats my animals deserved! Needless to say, I have a large heart and a weak spot for animals!
