Sittingperfected is what I do, Angela Laws is who I am. I'm a young at heart retiree with the wisdom to know this world is full of opportunity, no matter what your age, life really is what you make it. Married to John, a retired Engineer, we've spent many years traveling the world creating wonderful memories, having life changing experiences, whilst overcoming many challenges. We've lived in India, Africa, Italy, Vietnam, Singapore, France and Canada, to name a few, surviving monsoons, floods, temps of 40 above and below...that's Celcius and yes even an earthquake. Our homes have been many and varied, large and small apartments, city properties, country cottages and everything in between. Because we choose to travel so much we recently downsized to a lovely Town House, which our own sitters get to enjoy. Since embarking on our house sitting journey we have engaged sitters from all around the world, giving us a unique perspective on this win, win concept. With a passion for animals and their welfare. I've been privileged to share my life with many creatures both great and small. Losing my beloved Springer, Holly, four years ago, started me on this journey of house sitting and dedicating my time caring for other people's pets. Now, at a time when ladies of a certain age are picking up their knitting, and slipping into fluffy slippers ..... (nothing wrong with that except I can`t knit:) I have a new vocation, one which uses the many skills I've perfected on life's journey and what an amazing, new adventure this is proving to be. House and pet sitting is a service we provide for the complete experience, not just to put a free roof over our heads after all we have a lovely home of our own. I may not receive a salary but the rewards are immeasurable, I get to live my passion!! Home owners are clients, who invariably become my friends.
