Pet Sitter in Tuscaloosa, Alabama

Hello! I'm an American History Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Alabama. Raised on California's Central Coast, I've been pet sitting for the last twelve years, both in California and Alabama, following my move in 2013 to complete my BA at UA. I have extensive experience with a wide range of pets, from energetic little pups to quiet older cats who love a good nap in a sunbeam. I personally have a Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher mix at home, who I've cared for since he was just a little puppy, as well as four cats ranging in age from three to sixteen years. I also have quite a lot of experience with larger dog breeds, including my pups away from home, a German Shepherd and his Chocolate Lab friend who I've been caring for while their owners went on extended vacations. I have experience, both in caring for my own pets and for others', with fish, turtles, and a variety of small mammals, including guinea pigs and chinchillas. I love walks/runs with high energy dogs just as much as I enjoy a quiet afternoon looking after a mellow, indoor pet. I have experience with special needs pets as well as administering oral medication, having had several pets live past the age of twenty.
