Susan Thran is a caring, compassionate, professional, and hard working individual. She has owned pets (cats, dogs) for the past 30 years. Her ability to provide top notch care for her animals is what leads me to this recommendation today. She is unbelievably patient with pets- whether that be waiting on them to "go potty" or cleaning up messes, she does so with grace and love, even at times when I myself would be a little frustrated. She is also exceptionally thorough when it comes to cleanliness. Her compassion and ethical way of handling even the most difficult situation is unwaivering. Everything I have learned about being a pet owner is because of her! I have two dogs whom she spoils every time she sees them, and I can honestly say that the knowledge she has shared with me gave me the ability to properly train my two dogs from 10 weeks old to 2 years. She takes the animals welfare very seriously and ensures they are happy and healthy 24/7. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my two dogs when I go out of town. Not only do I know if something happens (knock on wood!) she would go to any length to make sure my dogs were taken care of- not because it's a job, but because it's the right thing to do and she cares. If my dogs ran out of food, she'd be headed right down to the store to get more- even if they just had breakfast. Something I might put off till the afternoon, I know she would make a priority. She doesn't just take care of the nessecities but also cares about toys, treats, exercise and playtime. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone, knowing their pets would, without a doubt, be in great, loving hands.
