I have been working as a full-time pet sitter and dog walker since August of 2016, and part time previously while teaching. I have an extensive background in the pet care industry, as I began working in a veterinary, boarding, and grooming facility in 2008 where I remained for 6 years. There I gained experience and knowledge related to general pet health and care, symptoms and treatment of common illnesses, feeding, correct handling, and administering medications among other activities. The facility accommodated dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds, so I am comfortable working with all dogs! I also have some experience with emergency care, am certified in pet First Aid & CPR, and have been pet sitting for several years.
