Hello! My name is Emma Lark and, similar to you (I assume), I am an animal lover! I am 23 and have grown up with pets of all kinds... from hamsters to horses and just about everything in-between. I currently have 3 dogs, a cat, a rabbit, a hamster, and a snake. Yes, the hamster and snake are kept at opposite sides of the house. I have had a passion for animals since I was very young and knew early-on that I wanted to work with animals as an adult. I have done pet-sitting in the past for friends and family. I also have experience working at doggy daycare/boarding kennels as well as a dog bather at a grooming salon. This experience shows that I am caring for your pets confidently and carefully. Though I do my absolute best at avoiding any issues, accidents do happen. I've seen a dog with a gash in her paw from a fence. I've seen a dog with multiple injuries from a dog fight. I've held a dog while he got through a seizure. I've given insulin shots to diabetic dogs and made sure to feed them at the exact time they were to be fed. I know what to do in emergency situations and know to stay calm and do what I do best - take care of your pet. This is also why it is important for me to have your vet's info! This isn't an on-the-side money-making gig for me. This is something I want to do daily. I want to love and care for your animals just as I would my own. I am very punctual and organized so you won't have to worry about your fur-kids while you're away. I am happy to give updates and send pictures at your request. My services include: -Feeding and filling water bowls -Indoor/outdoor (fenced in only) playtime -Administering medications -Dog walking -Bathing and brush-outs I have experience caring for dogs (of ALL ages and sizes), cats, rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, rats, fish, snakes, ferrets, guinea pigs, sugar gliders, geckos, birds, goats, and horses- I worked at a horse barn through high school and had my own horses.
