I have 3 rescue kitties currently. Actually all my kitties have been rescue or feral cats, except one, Otis, Abbysinian, who developed diabetes. Took him everywhere as had to administer 2 shots per day. Took Otis just a few hours to get used to the boat because, of course, he had to come. We lost him to cancer in 2005. In 2007 saved a street kitty who obviously was someone's pet (had a flea collar) but mean little bi-polar calico, (my wonderful vet said most calicos are). She developed diabetics. Ever try giving two shots per day to an almost feral, grouchy kitty? Good news that unlike humans, felines can grow out of it as Moochee did. My vet can vouch for me that I have been properly trained to safely, accurately and with a soft touch, administer shots. Call me at 440-946-.... I also doggie sit for a nerotic Portuguese Water dog. His mom calls me The Dog Whisperer and will give me an excellent reference. I am retired, so extremely flexible.
