We are long time pet owners and ours are like our babies. We are new to the Rover....., but have been doing this a long time. We will conform to your wishes of how your pet is to be treated. We. Are. Awesome :) We have two dogs, Mabel and Tank who love to play, a cat named Bill and a 3.5 year old who loves animals (so only child-friendly guests, please). Our yard is a huge doggie playground with lots to sniff. We prefer to keep dogs in our home, but we can come to you if the need arises. Please contact us for more information on that front. We can also come and check on cats and do dog-walking. We would be happy to provide doggie day care. We will do doggie day-care for $25.00 a day, if you book a day, will will adjust an invoice. Bookings are considered on a 24 hour basis, if you need us to keep your pup longer than that, you will be charged the $25.00 day care rate. We will negotiate that when we set up the booking. When booking, please let us know the drop-off and pick-up times so we can adjust accordingly. Dogs over 75 pounds will be subjected to a $10.00 surcharge. Live in New York City? Your dog can have a nice vacation in our HUGE backyard. For $25 each way, we will drive to the city and pick up your pup. For an additional $8, you can ride the train out with your pup and we can pick your pup up at the train station and then hit the next train back. If we come to your house, it will be $60.00 a day, if you want us to walk an extra time during the day, we can do that for $15.00 for a half hour walk. P.S. Our doxie of 11 years passed away last fall, we loved him with all of our hearts. Mabel got depressed - wouldn't eat, upset and the vet said we had to get her a friend. We took a roll of the dice and adopted Tank, (then 4 months) and Mabel is a different dog. He pooped on our floor, ate our couch, but he is growing out of it and we love him. They will be happy with us. Must be child friendly and cat adaptable. We will never have more than 5 dogs overnight at a time. There may be instances where there are more during the day where lap-over happens. We feel it is important to give each dog (including ours) the attention he/she needs. It is essential that you let us know if your dog has any issues with other dogs, cats or children. If your dog can get aggressive, please let us know how and why. It will help us and it will help your dog.
