Nice to meet you! My name is Shelley. I love all animals and they seem to know it right away. I have a lot of experience working with animals and they seem to feel relaxed and comfortable when in my care. I know how to approach animals in a way that is non-threatening to reduce their anxiety and to help them relax. I can help to maintain the routine they are used to, so they will not get anxious or feel so alone while their owners are away. Though many people believe that it does not take a lot of experience to be good at animal care, it actually requires a number of skills. Consider first, how much you love your pets, and how you would feel if they were lost, taken for granted, and/or mistreated by an individual you are paying. This is why you must have a candidate who knows about different breeds of dogs, is on time, and knows how to care for pets in feeding, playing, and walking. Moreover, they must love animals-otherwise all will be amiss. I love animals, and have all the skills and experience you might need in a candidate. I have been fervent about animals since I was a mere child and this love for animals has grown over the years. I own 2 cats, 3 dogs and 19 chickens – all are extremely well taken care of. Therefore, I am able to provide the same amount of love and care for your animals as I do for my own pets. My education includes a Veterinary Assistant Certificate received in June 2009 and my Associates Degree in Business acquired in 1986. ...!
