Pet Sitter in Fairfield, California

Experienced cat owner. I've owned and cared for 4 cats in the past, (3 of them at once!) and now live with my 5th cat, a 4 year old long haired black pound-cat named Alex. I've cared for a few feral cat colonies in Winters, Ca. and plan on helping care for a couple colonies I've seen here in Fairfield. I love cats, I love their personalities, even the feisty ones! .. especially the feisty ones! My cat Peach is an absolute of a cat, and I love her so much for it! I was inspired to apply to this website when I saw an ad for a cat sitter in Fairfield. I once had to leave my cat Alex alone for a month while I was out of the country and trusted her care to a family friend. It was only after I returned had I learned that out of the 4 weeks I was away, Alex was only fed on *maybe* two occasions and if it weren't for my older brother, I'm sure she would have starved.. Things happen when you're away, even when you have everything planned out, some things are out of your control. The least you should be sure of while you're away is the care for your cat. Dogs are cool, too.
