About Me: Nice to meet you! My name is Brittany. I am searching for a cat/pet sitter position in Okeechobee & the surrounding areas. I strive to be a passionate, reliable candidate. I can be available as needed. In general, I just love being around animals, playing with them & giving them love. I'd rescue them all if I could! I’ve had cats my whole life, usually multiple… I really want to get into animal rescue & rehabilitation and am currently saving up for classes. I had a 3 legged kitty (my amazing little survivor, Trooper) who I rescued at 3 weeks old & had to have his leg amputated. He was unable to return to the litter, so I have experience with hand feeding & stimulating the bowels & bladder, like the mama kitty does, to allow them to go to the bathroom. Later in life I had to give him subcutaneous injections for his joints and subcutaneous fluids for kidney disease. I have been through a couple births with mama kitties.With my kitties, I've also had to administer pills via pill pockets, liquid meds via syringe & eye cream for eye irritations. Cats are definitely my wheel house! But I am more than willing to grow & learn how to love & take care of all your animal babies in the same way you would!
