Pet Sitter in Lawrence, Kansas

Hey there, my name is Rebecca. I've been animal sitting for a few years now and most of my jobs have been acquired by word of mouth. I work a 9 to 5 so I wouldn't be able to walk animals during those hours but can walk them or let them out before and after work. When I offer my services for pet sitting, it will include walks or letting the animals out or both, feeding, and just hanging out so they can get some people interaction. I don't really charge by the hour, I usually charge per day, but rates can always be discussed. All of the dog sitting jobs I've had, I have stayed the night. I feel more comfortable doing overnights with dogs because they are a little more high maitenince when it comes to caring for them. Cats are a little different. Even though cats are more solitary animals than dogs, I do hang out with cats I watch for a few hours during the day, that way they get some socializing. I don't have much experience with other animals such as horses or goats or chickens but I am always willing to learn. I am available to pet sit in Lawrence KS and the surrounding areas.
