Overview: Nice to meet you! My name is Kyra. As a child I have always pictured myself working with animals and as I grew up, that desire flourished. Now I am striving to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology so that I can observe, care for, and protect exotic animals all over the world by becoming a zookeeper. Over the past two Summers I have put in more than 120 hours of volunteer service to the Denver Zoo and in return, learned more about what it means to be a zookeeper. For my hours of volunteering I have gotten the chance to make meals for different types of felines, clean exhibits, and help visitors learn more about Lorikeets. Through these remarkable experiences, I have fallen deeper in love with the animals and the mission the Denver Zoo supports. Additionally, besides volunteering I have also gained a lot more experience on pet-sitting cats through a private business called, "Little Itty Bitty Kitty Sitting" these past two years. I now know how to clean up vomit (while making little to no stain left on carpet) and litter boxes. I can also play, brush, and give love to cats of all sizes and shapes. Furthermore, I have experience of taking care of smaller dogs and other mammals, like guinea pigs. I promise you won't regret hiring me to take care of your animal family! Services And Training: As a cat sitter I can provide by playing, feeding, brushing, cleaning up messes (including litter box), and loving them. Also, I am able to do medications if it isn't pill popping or if your cat doesn't hate new people. As a dog sitter I can provide feeding, playing, brushing, cleaning up messes, and dog walking.
