Before all else, I want to thank you for considering me to take care of your furry ones, I would love the opportunity to look after them! Currently, I am a student at DePaul University studying political science. My schedule this quarter is very open, I only have class on Mondays and Wednesday from 9:40am-1:00pm, so I am very flexible. I recently got back from studying abroad in Belgium, where I interned at the European Parliament, and I am looking to fill my clients and fur friends back up again! In my free time I love spending time with my friends, working on DIY/art projects, volunteering at Chicago Lighthouse, and relaxing at home. I am a passionate, energetic animal lover, and am very adaptable and understand that every animal’s needs vary. With that, I can promise the most excellent one-on-one care your pet deserves. Throughout my whole life I have had pets of my own, ranging from guinea pigs to having multiple cats and dogs at the same time. Having animals around the house is a must for me. However, Texas is home for me and since moving to Chicago to study, I have been looking for any and all opportunities to spend time with animals. My experience pet sitting started long before I moved to Chicago, though. I first began pet sitting eight years ago when I was a freshman in high school. It began with my next door neighbor’s two dogs and three cats, but it would soon grow into regularly looking after multiple of my neighbor’s pets. I have a long history and wide range of experience when it comes to taking care of and accommodating to the various needs a dog or cat may require. In the past, I have taken care of senior dogs (14 years old!), cats and dogs that are blind and/or deaf, handicap animals (one of my cats only had three legs!), and have administered medication in the form of liquid and pill. I am confident that combined with my background and loving personality, I will be able to provide a safe and an exceptional experience for both you and your pet.
