Pet Sitter in Evanston, Illinois

I'm a Northwestern student graduating in June and I'm looking for part time catsitting jobs to supplement my income and meet new cat friends! As of late March I will be a part time student and currently my schedule is fairly open, so I'm able to visit when it's convenient for you and can do overnight stays in many cases. I'm located in Evanston, but I'm willing to commute into the city as long as I have time, and I'm in the city regularly on Saturday afternoons. I love cats and treat every cat as if they were my own pet. I've been a cat owner my whole life and take odd catsitting jobs whenever I get the chance, and I currently volunteer at Community Animal Rescue Effort (CARE) on the North Side. If necessary, my colleagues there are available as character references and to vouch for my ability to care for cats. I'm very good with temperamental cats, having owned many of them, and I'm comfortable scooping litterboxes, cleaning messes, fulfilling special dietary needs, and making sure your cat gets love and attention! I'm also able to administer some types of medication. Unfortunately I am unable to work in homes with dogs (unless they are hypoallergenic) because of a severe dog allergy, but I am happy to care for other pets if necessary.
