Hi there, Thank you so much for checking out my profile. I’m Kate, and I am a passionate and enthusiastic animal lover with an extensive background caring for animals of all kinds. I am currently offering dog walking, pet sitting, pet feeding, and overnight care services. By way of background, growing up, my family had dozens of pets, from dogs to cats to rodents and birds, so I grew up with a deep love for animals. Over the years, I have helped raise and train a wide range of dog breeds—from malamute to golden retriever—and am confident in caring for dogs of all types and sizes. I have had my current cat for the past nine years, a Siamese named Cole, and he’s given me plenty of experience caring for a needy, loving animal with many health issues—dental work, ear infections, special diet. He's an absolute love. I am confident handling multiple dogs and cats. In addition to my own pets, I have fostered numerous litters of both kittens and puppies, and have volunteered at my local animal shelter walking dogs and brushing cats. I am the kind of person that spoils animals with attention and love, whether they are active and looking to play or just want to snuggle. I have taken basic veterinarian skills and pet first aid courses and have experience administering medications—from basic pills to IVs—to both cats and dogs. I have also worked with feral cats and nervous dogs and know how to help them feel at ease.
