Nice to meet you! My name is Lauren and I'm an exotic animal care specialist. I've been a Birb mom for 18 years and I also have 3 years paid experience taking care of all the exotic animals in pet stores, 4 years volunteer experience at a nationally accredited zoo, and 2 years volunteer experience at a wildlife rehabilitation clinic. I am currently pet sitting as a way to supplement my salary and raise money for home improvements. My flock consists of a Sun Conure, a rescued Lovebird, and two rescued Homing Pigeons. I am not able to do home visits but do provide overnight boarding in a relaxed, bird-safe home environment. I can hand feed and give medications if needed. A free consultation visit is encouraged and birds with clipped wings may be eligible for out of cage play time.
