Hello, My name is Ben Dockter. I would like to use this bio to give you a little bit of background information about myself: I am currently a student pursuing my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and when I am not in class I typically am at home enjoying time with my loved ones (and yes that includes my pets :)). I am a hard-working, dependable individual and will always put my best effort into everything I do. I think that I would be a great care taker for any home with animals because I have always had a passion for working with, and taking care of animals. Before I chose to go down the career path I am currently on, I was torn between this route and one that involved working with animals. However, when push came to shove, I decided to keep my passion for animals just that, a passion and something I can do to unwind after a day of working. I have always enjoyed animals and have lived in a home growing up where there were always dogs present. Over the years I have also had numerous other pets: hamsters, guinea pigs, birds such as finches and parakets, a bearded dragon, and a cat. I also have an aquarium filled with fish that has been established and functioning for the past few years, and I make sure that it receives the same care as any other pets I have. What can you expect from hiring someone like me? You can expect someone to be respectful of you, your pets, your family, and your home. You can expect someone who will always show up to work with a smile on their face and an attitude of positivity. I will always strive to maintain a positive stream of interactions with whoever might be present while I am working for you. I will be dependable and always go the extra mile for your family. I think that I will be a good choice for whoever wants to invite me into their family to provide their pets with the care they deserve.
