Professional Animal Care Specialist I am a professional animal care taker, looking to spend some more time doing what I love! I worked all 4 years of high school at a dog/cat boarding kennel and then graduated college in 2019 with a bachelors degree in animal science. In school I took courses like animal behavior, animal nutrition, and animal health. I worked with livestock at the campus barn all four years of college as well. As soon as I graduated I was hired as the cheetah care specialist at Fossil Rim Wildlife Center in Glen Rose, TX. I am apart of the carnivore care team there and take care our wolf collection as well. I work 7AM-4PM, Tuesday - Saturday. I am able to do house visits or walks before I go into work in the early AM and have all afternoon after 4 to spend with your pets I have two cats of my own, but they are both very friendly. While a pet is spending time with me I can put my cats in the office (or the cat room, as we call it) if that would make your pet more comfortable. I am flexible and able to care for your pet per your instructions, whatever they may be.
