I am the best Dallas Doggie Sitter around and with the BEST prices!! I have over 6 years of doggie care experience and I have a rescue dog myself, Lily, she's 5 years old. I have a loyal customers and many have me care for them at least once a month. I can care are dogs for a simple weekend trip up to 40 days which i've done 4 times before! I'm great with routines, special treatments etc and we near Katy Trail and a fenced in doggie Park! It's important to make your dog feel at home 100% and I'm good at what I do! If you have a dog with challenges, I am very confident I can provide any requests to make you and your dog as happy as can be! Here's some ground rules and when you book with me, I'll assume you read my policy in which you're agreeing too. Policies follow: 1. Your dogs need to be potty trained if staying over- if it's a puppy and it's requires additional attention (and it's not potty trained ) due to it's age/lack of training the price is $27.00 per night. Now, if your dog (not puppy) pee's/poops more than three times inside the house, a cleaning fee will be added and need to be accepted before the pick up. The reason, is to purchase materials to clean. 2. If I'm staying over your house and you have multiple dogs please accept my quote along with a "gas" fee. I will NOT bring my dog to your home. Please provide a copy of your key under the mat or within the leasing office. 3. In my home, any and all dogs are free to "free roam" my home. If you wish to bring a crate and crate them while i may be gone for a short period of time, thats your choice. It's also your choice if you wish not to bring a crate. At least bring a doggie bed if they have one. 4. IF your dog marks his/her territory inside home more than 3 times, you agree to pay a cleaning fee of $15 per day. I give you as the owner the choice to bring the crate or not. IF you do not, you are taking the risk of your dog marking there territory. By accepting the booking you agree to the terms. Thank you. If you do not wish to pay the fee, then i will call admin can handle your account. Remember, if you were in my shoes and your shoes or furniture was damaged by a guest pet, you'd want the owner to do the right thing and help out financially. Please be mindful that I have to buy cleaning supplies to care for your dog if this happens. 5. ANY and ALL LAST minute bookings within 24 hours of your requested date will result into a $10 dollar fee towards the total. For example if my rate was $25 per night, per dog and you called the day before your trip it cost would be $35 , make sense?
