Resume Summary: Hello my name is Tia Marie. I am looking for an Animal Caretaking/walking/sitting position in or around Bolingbrook, Illinois. My goal is to use my wide range of experience and knowledge to help animals have the best life we can give them. As I believe, "Animals were put here WITH US, NOT FOR US!" Description of Skills: I have experience with a wide range of animals and farmwork as I've had a horse for the past 21 yrs & would go take care of her pretty much every day. Sadly, she just passed away at a spunky age of 34. She was my best friend and will be forever missed. Despite that, at home here I'm 35 and live with my husband and 2dogs, a bearded dragon and a hermit crab. And we've also had guinea pigs and hamsters which have passed. Why no cats you ask?? I would love to have cats but my hubby is allergic. "Or so he says"!! LOL JK He loves animals just as much as I do. I also know basic first aid for pets and I always watch closely for any signs of illness or change and God forbid, should anything happen I'm always willing to bring to the vet, with your permission, and I will stay with the pet as I don't just drop off & leave. Any animals I take care of I take care of them as if they were mine. I also am adaptable to each & every animals personality, any quirks or special needs they may have. With all of that said, and resume on the way, I hope to be considered as I love taking care of them and they are my passion.
