Hello, I'm Maddie, a doctoral student at Chaminade University. As a graduate student, I bring reliability, personal attention, and extensive knowledge of animal welfare. My upbringing on a Colorado farm instilled a deep connection with animals, and my 4H involvement included showcasing horses, chickens, pigs, cattle, turkeys, and more. With over 10 years in dog behavior, I was a professional dog walker during my undergraduate studies, catering to clients through a local dog-walking business; as well as, through platforms like Care....., Rover, and Wag. Beyond walking, I provided independent house sitting and accumulated vast experience in animal behavior/management as an assistant manager at Rocky Mountain Kennels for over 8 years. I offer dog walking, basic grooming, and pet sitting (large & small animals). Walks/Drop-In Visits: 30 minutes ($26/hr), 60 minutes ($50/hr). Overnight Pet Sitting: Approximately 10 hrs ($120/night). Additional services (i.e., grooming, cleaning, etc.) vary depending on size of the animal and services requested.
