Hello! My name is Hanna and I am a seeking to provide in depth animal care for anyone who needs extra help. I am a trained animal behaviorist who is confortable with administration medications along with daily care. I have professional and personal animal care experience with: Rodents(rats, mice, guinea pigs), birds (chickens and pigeons), reptiles, amphibians, rabbits, invertabretes (aquatic and terrestrial), large farm animals (horse, sheep, cows), fish (salt and fresh water), cats (newborns to geriatric age range), dogs(small and large from puppies to geriatric adults), and non-human primates. I have experience and training with different injection types, IV administration, and oral medications. Education and Experience: I have a master's degree in biology where I worked with the behavior of cuttlefish and octopus. I have been a 4-H member for over 10 years. I also did my undergraduate degree in psychology at UC Davis where I focused on the study of animal behavior. Currently I am working part time at the San Francisco Zoo in the Wellness conducting research on the physiological and pathological well being of many of the exotic animals at the zoo.
