I've taken care of dogs, birds, turtles, rabbits, and cats of all ages for neighbors and friends ever since I was 10. I currently have a cat with diabetes so I'm comfortable giving injections and working with special medical needs.
I am currently an elementary teacher. I work full time 8-3:30 Monday-Friday, so I'm available on weekday nights and weekends any time of the day
I believe that most behavior issues with animals are the result of another underlying issue, so I am always as calm and understanding as possible. I'm patient because I understand that it can take a while for a pet to be comfortable around a new person.
