Hi there my name is Dakota, I’m a 21 year old animal enthusiast searching for any pet sitting jobs in the Langley or greater Vancouver area; or a reasonable distance as I can drive. As a pet parent to a multitude of different animals from fluffy tails to scales, I myself can understand the stress that may occur when last minute events, emergency’s or vacations occur and no one can watch your pet. So that’s where I’d like to come in an give a helping hand. (Services And Training)⬇️ I am happy to help with caring for sick animals, training, facilitating exercise, feeding and grooming, cleaning up poop from yard/litterbox, or cleaning an enclosure/cage/tank. On top of this I am also experienced in aquarium care and maintenance for salt and fresh water. If ever you have fish that need to be looked after or even aquarium cleaning services. I am willing to travel depending on the job and hours requested. When it comes to previous professional experience I have worked at two pet stores for the majority of my life one being Pet Smart. The most current, a local shop that specializes in exotic animals an the care of reptiles, rodents and even birds such as parrots! Some tasks I faced on the regular ⬇️ I have administered shots to snakes, trimmed bird talons, clipped and cleaned wings/ beaks for birds, shaved and groomed cats, walked dogs, aided with the removal of shed from reptilians, cleaned and built enclosures, provided dust baths for chinchillas and ferrets, administered medicine to cats and dogs. I’m happy to provide lots of picture proof of my work an care with all these wonderful animals.
