Resume Summary: I have had extensive experience caring for dogs and cats within my own home and with others. I have often been referred to as a person with a ‘unique’ relationship to animals. There is an instantaneous bond even with dogs and cats that may be skittish around strangers. Countless times I have been told a cat in a home that hides under the bed (I will not see) is in my lap within an hour. I believe my two strengths are my compassion and calm personality. I also have 25 years of nursing experience which may have something to do with the character quality that animals can sense.
