Hi. My name is Missie Pritchard. I am a 36 year old home maker with a background of years of work in the medical field, including as an EMT. If you are like me, my pets are my children and I only want the VERY best treatment for them! I have had pets my entire life and of all different species including: reptiles, rabbits, mice and hamsters, fish, chinchilla and countless dogs and cats, from puppies and kittens to seniors. I currently have 2 rescued cats who came to me in very bad shape, for different reasons. They now are now happy, healthy, and of course, spoiled rotten! What other way to treat them is there? :-) Almost all my pets and pets I have cared for have needed some sort of extra love and attention including: Administering medicine, via pills, liquid or, a few times with IV fluid. Attending to various wounds or disabilities Aggressive and timid animals or ones with trust issues Very strict and specific diets Dogs very difficult to walk on a leash, including some who are very strong and hard to handle Cats who choose against using a litter box, and I have no problem cleaning up messes left by any animals. Dogs and cats who are aggressive or very untrusting and timid towards strangers. I also have been working for years with a few horses who came from a very abusive home and are now very out-going, easy to work with and a joy to ride. I volunteer at the local cat rescue shelter, try to keep ferel cats, in my area fed and watered and always have shelters built for them during the winter. I promise to treat your pet(s) with all the love and attention that I treat mine. The same way I would want my own to be cared for, and, trust me, I am a very over-protactive mom when it come to them! :-)
