I am an 18-year old college freshman living in the St George area. I grew up on a farm in Northern Utah surrounded by horses, cats, dogs, chickens, goats, even the occasional snake or two! My current housing doesn't allow animals, so to help with such a big adjustment I volunteer a couple times a week at the St George Animal Shelter. I am a self-proclaimed "cat person," but really I love animals of all kinds. I'm not afraid of dirt, so washing, basic brushing/grooming, and poop-scooping are just up my alley!
