Hi, my name is Mackenzie and I am currently working towards becoming a veterinary assistant. Overview: Ever since I was a kid, I have been interested in animals. If there was an animal at any event, you could almost guarantee that I was snuggled right up beside them. My love for animals has only grown as I have opened my heart and my home to these amazing creatures. Over the years I have cared for numerous animals including rabbits, guinea pigs, cats, dogs, and lizards. I currently share my home with two adorable bunnies who love to cuddle and get fur on every outfit I own. After working an office job for a little over a year, I decided to return to school to pursue a career working with and caring for animals. Pets require a lot of hard-work and dedication, but the reward of a happy pet is worth every amount of effort. If needed, I am able to assist any animals with behavior issues or special needs.
